Get the IT HelpDesk app

Submit tickets, chat with IT, and get updates, right from your home screen.

On a company Windows PC, IT installs the IT HelpDesk tray app for you. Look for its icon next to the clock.

On any other computer (Chrome or Edge)

  1. 1Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose Install IT HelpDesk.
  2. 2Sign in with your work Microsoft account.
